About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to join our Settlement Administration team. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Managers, Analysts, and Coordinators, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Directly manage a team of Managers, Analysts, and/or Coordinators, providing feedback on performance and support for development and growth.
  • Client Relationship Oversight: Ensure that cases assigned to your team are handled appropriately, and client expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Project Management: Responsible for direct supervision of project teams, timely and accurate execution of project deliverables, and key milestones and tasks.
  • Performance Management: Set billable hour goals and targets for utilization and quality for project team members, meet your own billable hour goals and targets, and review key reports to ensure controls are being accurately utilized.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work internally to meet the needs of the client while building internal relationships and team building, utilizing standard processes and systems.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in one or more of the following areas is strongly preferred: claims administration, account management, client services, paralegal, and/or project management.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Background in legal, banking, or financial services/accounting or previous class action administration required.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Excel, exceptional planning and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to handle pressure.
  • Previous leadership experience with responsibility for basic supervisor duties (hiring, developing, disciplining teams).
  • PMP certification or equivalent highly desirable.
  • Paralegal experience or JD is also highly desirable.

The current salary range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000.
