Lead Cardiovascular Services Team

Corp Talent Resources LLC is seeking a seasoned Registered Nurse to fill the role of Director of Cardiovascular Services. As a key member of our client's healthcare organization, you will oversee the entire cardiovascular services department, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care and maintaining high clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct the operations of the cardiovascular services department, including inpatient and outpatient care.
  • Collaborate with surgical and medical teams to develop and implement comprehensive care protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and clinical best practices.
  • Mentor and lead nursing staff, promoting professional growth and development.
  • Monitor clinical performance metrics and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
  • Manage department budgets, staffing, and resource allocation effectively.
  • Foster collaboration and communication across all levels of staff and departments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university required.
  • Master's degree in Nursing, Business, or Healthcare Management preferred.
  • 2+ years experience in cardiovascular setting including Cath Lab RN experience required.
  • 1+ years' experience in management required.
  • Registered Nurse or Licensed Technologist with one of the following credentials: RN, RCIS, RT(R) required.
  • BLS Certification required.
  • ACLS certification within 90 days of hire date.
