ROLE SUMMARY:
James Pearson - State Farm Agent is on the lookout for a qualified and compassionate individual to fill the role of Financial Services Representative State Farm Agent Team Member. As a customer-centric professional, you will promote top-tier Life and Health insurance solutions designed to support clients and their families. Your sales expertise will enable you to enhance your earnings while providing essential security during challenging times.
As a strategic and emotionally aware resource for the community, we are eager to expand our successful agency with your unique skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generate leads, arrange appointments, assess customer requirements, and promote suitable products and services.
- Collaborate with our extensive existing customer base to address their insurance and financial service needs.
- Exhibit a strong work ethic with a steadfast commitment to daily success.
- Partner with your agency's team to ensure exceptional, satisfying, and enduring customer relationships.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Demonstrate outstanding communication abilities.
- Exhibit strong analytical skills.
- Provide exemplary customer service.
- Possess a Life/Health Insurance License.
- Preferred experience in achieving sales targets.
