**Job Description**

We are looking for a highly skilled Head of Industrial Treatment Sales to lead our sales efforts in the US and Canada markets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth.

This role offers a unique opportunity to develop and execute strategic plans, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and represent the Company at industry events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with management team and segment National Sales Managers to achieve revenue targets.
  • Manage multiple sales environments, including municipal and industrial processes.
  • Provide input to product development by assessing market trends, regional feedback, and competitor activities.
  • Coordinate complete resolution of customer service failures that rise to the level of this position.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 10+ years progressive regional sales experience in the Treatment industry.
  • Ability to speak intelligently on various treatment equipment and processes.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Expertise in using technology and analysis tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
  • Self-driven and entrepreneurial.

Compensation Package: $130,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits, including 401K plan with up to a 6% company match, 12 Paid Holidays, Paid Time Off, Comprehensive benefits program, Health savings account with employer matching, and 4 weeks of paid parental leave.
