As a seasoned Mortgage Sales Manager, you will lead our sales team in driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with clients. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise in mortgage lending and sales management to achieve outstanding results.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of loan officers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets. You will also work closely with other departments to develop and implement sales strategies that drive business growth.

Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
- Manage a team of loan officers and provide guidance and support
- Work closely with other departments to develop and implement sales strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in mortgage sales or sales management
- Proven track record of success in mortgage sales and sales management
- Deep understanding of the industry's products and services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and lead high-performing teams
Bonus Structure
- Individual bonuses up to 20% of annual salary
- Team bonuses up to 10% of annual salary
- Bonus payments made quarterly
