Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Mortgage Sales Manager to drive our sales team's success. This role is responsible for recruiting and managing loan officers, as well as overseeing the day-to-day sales activities and origination processes within defined goals.

This position requires experience in building and managing sales teams, with a proven track record of establishing a pipeline of successful loan officers.

Candidates should hold an NMLS License and have a strong understanding of mortgage products and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise borrowers on financial status and payment methods
  • Guide customers through the loan application process
  • File loan applications and supporting documents
  • Develop referral networks to locate prospects for loans
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in the mortgage industry in a supervisory role
  • Setting and monitoring goals, implementing policies and procedures, and being confident in all phases of the mortgage loan origination process
  • Previous experience in finance, banking, or related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong analytical and technical skills
  • Strong judgment and decision-making skills and excellent communication skills
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus flexible and aggressive compensation plans.
