Salary

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $22.74 and $33.37 per hour, depending on experience and location. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.



Job Description

As a Financial Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers and providing them with tailored solutions to meet their financial needs. This may include:




  • Assessing customers' financial situations and providing them with personalized recommendations for financial products and services
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-up
  • Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments to ensure that customers are receiving the latest and greatest financial solutions


Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:




  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Three to five years of experience in customer service and sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Basic knowledge of retail product philosophy, policy, procedures, documentation, and systems
  • Basic knowledge of all retail products and services
