Job Overview & Responsibilities- We are seeking a highly skilled Business Admin/Operations Assistant to support our critical functions and contribute to our success.
- The ideal candidate will assist with entering sales orders into our ERP system, office administration, HR support, recruiting, employee onboarding, and processing incoming bills.
- They will also communicate operational coverage for day and evening shifts, complete specified tasks as requested, and maintain accurate records.
- A competitive hourly salary range of $22.00-$24.00 per hour.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, 401(k) matching, paid holidays, vacation time, mileage reimbursement, and a $100 employee referral bonus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- At least one year of office/administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
- A self-starter mentality, with the ability to produce high-quality work with minimal supervision.
