About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our growing Windows Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional window solutions to our customers. Your strong commitment to innovation, customer satisfaction, and representing our company values will be essential in driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target new customers in the residential sector
  • Generate highly qualified leads through market research, networking, and cold calling
  • Conduct product and service demonstrations to prospective clients to clearly articulate the unique selling points and benefits of our services
  • Prepare accurate and competitive price quotes and proposals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project timelines are met
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, to understand their needs and to offer tailored solutions
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services
  • Negotiate price, product, and service conditions with customers to secure contracts
  • Ensure smooth closure of project details and transition to the appropriate teams
  • Gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement
  • Prepare and present data on customer success metrics to internal teams
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and provide regular reports on KPIs

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of proven experience in a sales position in the windows industry
  • Experience in a startup environment is a plus
  • Exceptional negotiation and persuasive skills
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Experience working with CRM software
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and winning new business
  • Ability to think outside the box to deliver a unique experience to homeowners
