Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide prompt and courteous service to internal and external guests, adhering to the 10/5 rule.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
  • Assist in registration and departure services, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure guest requests and services are fulfilled.
  • Handle guest problems and complaints in a timely and professional manner, aiming for a win-win resolution.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in English (oral and written) to effectively perform job functions.
  • Ability to multitask and be organized, with a minimum of 2 years of hotel experience.
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
Working Conditions:
  • Air-conditioned office environment.
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours or more during work shifts.
Equipment Use:
  • Opera, Saflok, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and other systems used in the Front Office areas.
  • Paper cutter.
  • Micros POS.
Mental and Physical Demands:
  • Ability to handle irate guests while remaining calm and friendly.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage stressful situations, and multitask.
  • Ability to endure various physical movements throughout the work areas.
Communication Demands:
  • Ability to verbally communicate in person and over the phone.
  • Ability to follow verbal or written instructions.
