Overview

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Acts Retirement-Life Communities. In this role, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining physical structures of commercial and/or residential buildings, as well as completing assigned work orders by applying general knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-4 years of technical experience in maintenance
  • General mechanical knowledge in electrical, plumbing, carpentry and/or painting, as well as HVAC and/or grounds maintenance
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license

Pay Range

$18.50 - $22.75 / hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
