Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to minimize downtime and maximize equipment availability
  • Lead a team of maintenance personnel to ensure safe and efficient work practices
  • Manage maintenance budgets and resources to optimize cost-effectiveness
  • Collaborate with operations teams to identify and prioritize maintenance needs
  • Develop and maintain technical knowledge and skills to stay up-to-date with industry best practices
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mining Engineering, or Industrial Technology
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in mine maintenance or heavy manufacturing
  • Supervisory experience in a mining or manufacturing operation
  • Strong technical knowledge and skills in maintenance management, including CMMS/Project Management software
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
