Job Overview

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to assess business needs and develop compensation solutions that enhance sales performance. You will also be responsible for analyzing and reporting on sales compensation data to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and administer sales compensation programs, including incentive structures and commissions.
  • Analyze sales performance and compensation data to identify trends and opportunities for program optimization.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and participate in benchmarking activities to gather market data and ensure compensation packages are competitive.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3+ years in compensation, with a strong focus on sales compensation administration.
  • Proven experience in developing and administering sales compensation programs, including incentive structures and commissions.
  • Experience analyzing and reporting on sales compensation data to support business decisions.
