Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Media Planning Operations Specialist to join our team in Nashville, TN or Chicago, IL. As a key member of our media operations team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial and operational aspects of our media planning efforts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in media planning, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for providing support on operational and financial guidelines, reporting, and integration across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations & Financial:
    • Support on all operational and financial guidelines and reporting.
    • Develop and maintain written guides for operational areas.
    • Collaborate with teams to ensure consistency in operational processes and reporting.
  • Regional/Field Execution:
    • Support NU Field Execution Team on projects related to operations and common process.
    • Provide standardized collection and financial reporting across the team.
  • Model/Channel Strategy:
    • Work with NU T2/Regional team on model-specific financial reporting requests and client calls.
    • Support team on financial projects and reporting of various digital areas.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A strong understanding of media planning principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Compensation and Benefits

Salary: $55,000-$65,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include health/vision/dental insurance, 401(k), stock purchase, vacation, sick and personal days. Additionally, you will be eligible for disability, life, travel insurance plans and programs, and retirement plans subject to the terms and conditions of such benefit plans.
