About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Staffing: Recruit, schedule, and lead a high-performing team of retail professionals.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that every customer interaction is exceptional and that customer satisfaction is consistently high.
  • Delivery Results: Develop and implement sales forecasts, manage inventory, and optimize payroll to drive business growth.
  • Merchandising: Maintain a visually appealing store environment, execute floor moves and merchandising strategies, and ensure that all visual standards are met.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in coaching and developing others.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong sports enthusiast preferred.

Working Conditions

The Store Manager will be required to stand and walk for long periods, talk and hear, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, reach with hands and arms, and differentiate colors. Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, and lift up to 50 pounds. The position also requires the ability to work in, on, around, over, and under fixed equipment and ladders.

Compensation

$20.00 - $28.00 Hourly
