Position Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess assigned deficiencies and calculate labor and material costs for necessary fire and life safety system repairs, including fire alarms, sprinklers, and extinguishers.
  • Source material pricing from suppliers to facilitate accurate estimates.
  • Develop and present estimates and proposals using our service platform, Service Trade, for customer review.
  • Engage with customers to follow up on submitted repair proposals.
  • Collaborate with sales and service coordinators once repairs are approved by the customer.
  • Foster strong relationships with our valued clientele.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:

Ideal Candidate:
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • NICET Certification is advantageous.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in estimating or executing fire alarm repairs.
  • Proficient understanding of estimating sprinkler repairs.
  • Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes related to fire protection.
  • Familiarity with the fire protection industry or a related field.
  • Prior field experience in the fire sprinkler sector is beneficial.
  • Ability to effectively schedule and oversee tasks.
  • Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to perform under pressure.
  • Proficient in Excel and Word, with medium to high-level skills.
  • Capability to interpret specifications and drawings.
  • Demonstrated teamwork and communication abilities.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to sit for extended periods.
  • Capability to lift up to 40 lbs.
