We are seeking a skilled Pediatric Care Coordinator to join our team at the Cleveland Clinic. Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Job

In this role, you will provide direct nursing care to pediatric patients alongside a coach, adhering to established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization. You will be responsible for establishing and/or revising priorities for patient care activities based on acuity of need, patient preference, and resource availability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Initiate and/or maintain interventions to assure continuity of safe/effective care for patients.
  • Respond to data indicating risk to individual's health and initiate action to correct, reduce, or prevent the risk.
  • Seek supervision, consultation, assistance when unable to perform safely and independently.

You will also be required to document in patient's medical record according to established guidelines. A Graduate degree from an accredited school of professional nursing is mandatory for this position.

Requirements:
  • Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • New grad or less than one year RN work experience.
  • Familiarity with Standard Precautions and use of personal protective equipment as required for procedures.
