About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Manager to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation, support, and maintenance of our Salesforce platform and related systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Salesforce strategies to support business objectives and drive growth.
  • Manage Salesforce projects from conception to completion, including defining requirements, designing solutions, managing resources, and delivering on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team.
  • Train users on Salesforce functionality and best practices to maximize user adoption and productivity.
  • Keep abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality, providing recommendations for process improvements.
  • Ensure data integrity by implementing quality assurance practices and managing data migrations and integrations.
  • Manage third-party vendors and consultants to ensure effective delivery of services.
  • Maintain user roles and profiles, security settings, access settings etc. according to needs.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in managing Salesforce platforms, preferably in the medical industry.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator certification is preferred.
  • Proven experience in managing large scale Salesforce projects.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
  • Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and provide insights.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues and find effective solutions.
  • Experience with data migration and integration is a plus.
  • Familiarity with medical industry practices and regulations is a plus.
