Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement Salesforce strategies to support business objectives and drive growth.
- Manage Salesforce projects from conception to completion, including defining requirements, designing solutions, managing resources, and delivering on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
- Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team.
- Train users on Salesforce functionality and best practices to maximize user adoption and productivity.
- Keep abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality, providing recommendations for process improvements.
- Ensure data integrity by implementing quality assurance practices and managing data migrations and integrations.
- Manage third-party vendors and consultants to ensure effective delivery of services.
- Maintain user roles and profiles, security settings, access settings etc. according to needs.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in managing Salesforce platforms, preferably in the medical industry.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator certification is preferred.
- Proven experience in managing large scale Salesforce projects.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
- Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and provide insights.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues and find effective solutions.
- Experience with data migration and integration is a plus.
- Familiarity with medical industry practices and regulations is a plus.
