The lead will provide information about their career path, as well as assisting the intern with exploring career opportunities at the firm, setting goals, developing contacts, and identifying resources.
We foster a collaborative learning environment where interaction with our dedicated team of engineers encourages students to develop ideas and make mistakes. Collaborative learning also involves learning from peers and fellow interns. The primary goal of the internship is to gain as much experience as possible. While an intern may not have major tasks assigned to them, they should pay close attention to all the steps that go into completing the project. At the end of the internship, the intern should be confident to individually manage project tasks and work independently. ICE's dedicated recruiting team will assist the intern with full-time employment opportunities once they are ready to graduate.
