Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee production activities in assigned areas, ensuring compliance with company safety policies and procedures.
  • Train and develop production employees on safe and efficient production practices, department policies, and company procedures.
  • Monitor work activities and identify opportunities for improvement, recommending strategies to enhance equipment and worker performance, efficiency, and product quality.
  • Develop and maintain positive employee relations by consistently applying company policies and practices, recognizing and valuing employee differences and contributions.
  • Collaborate with plant and production managers to achieve production goals, profitability objectives, and safety standards.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of industrial laundry experience.
  • Proven record of work attendance and ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic math reasoning skills and ability to read and understand work instructions in English.
  • Lifting ability up to 50 pounds and push/pull ability up to 300 pounds assisted.
Work Environment

This role works in an industrial laundry environment with loud noises, heat, and hazardous equipment in use at all times.
