* Establish and participate in local leads groups to develop relationships for lead creation
* Maintain customer information and data input into the company CRM

Qualifications:

* Experienced operations manager in the Home Services environment
* Provide exceptional customer service
* Leader others want to follow
* Understand achieve production goals and how to achieve them
* Follow-up with quotes that were not closed
* Attend and participate in company promotional or social events
* Valid driver's license and clean driving record
* Work with computer programs such as: word, excel, CRM
* Present a company's benefits and close a sale
* Perform onsite proposals and consultations
* Strong understand basic Marketing

Compensation:

$55, $82,500.00 per year
