Job Summary


We're seeking a highly skilled Product Design Engineer to join our Commercial Unitary Water Source Heat Pump (WSHP) Products team. As a key member of our high-performing team, you'll be responsible for designing and developing innovative HVAC systems that meet our customers' needs.


Key Responsibilities


As a Product Design Engineer, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from concept development to production readiness. Your key responsibilities will include:



  • Designing and developing HVAC systems that meet customer requirements
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring innovative products to market
  • Managing project schedules and teams to ensure timely delivery
  • Providing technical support to other departments as needed

Requirements


To be successful in this role, you'll need:



  • A strong background in electrical or mechanical engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Experience with CAD design software, such as SolidWorks or Creo Parametric
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
