Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a seasoned technical leader to drive our team's efforts in leveraging advanced AI technologies to deliver impactful, customer-centric innovations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading AI-Infused Product Development: Design and lead the development of AI applications that enhance our product suite, ensuring seamless user experiences.
  • Evaluating and Integrating AI Tools: Stay ahead of AI trends by evaluating and integrating cutting-edge AI tools and practices to continuously improve our AI capabilities.
  • Mentoring and Guiding the Team: Share your knowledge of AI and product development with the team, promoting best practices in scalable AI deployment, experimentation, and system integration.
  • Collaborating with Cross-Functional Stakeholders: Work closely with stakeholders to identify new AI-driven opportunities, rapidly prototype solutions, and validate their potential impact in production environments.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong foundation in AI-driven products and scalable systems.
  • Proven experience leading technical teams, including mentoring and defining engineering best practices.
  • Proficiency in Python and backend technologies relevant to AI integration, with familiarity in tools like LangChain, RAG, and LLM fine-tuning preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset that thrives in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary team.
