Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitates communication between Cedars-Sinai specialty programs, patients, clients, and service providers.
  • Manages the patient care journey, including assisting with obtaining medical documentation, physician directives, and scheduling follow-up appointments.
  • Informs patients about their care plans, ensuring prompt scheduling of clinical visits and coordinating all necessary services to uphold high standards of patient-centered care.
  • Collaborates with the CS International team to address the needs of international patients.
  • Works with health plans, clients, and patients to verify coverage and secure authorization for services rendered.
  • Partners with clinical team members to enhance the overall patient experience.
  • Demonstrates a solid understanding of operational workflows and provides support as needed.
Qualifications:

Education:
High school diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Experience:
Preferred: Two (2) years in a concierge or liaison capacity; Three (3) years in a healthcare setting.
