Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and motivate a team of housekeeping staff to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Operational Efficiency: Ensure the Housekeeping Department operates in accordance with Aimbridge Hospitality standards, including maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service and that their rooms are clean and well-maintained.
  • Staff Development: Provide training and development opportunities to housekeeping staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or problems that may arise in the Housekeeping Department.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with other departments, including Front Office and Engineering, to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 5 years of progressive experience in a hotel or a related field.
  • Qualifications: Supervisory experience required. Must be proficient in Windows operating systems, Company-approved spreadsheets, and word processing.
  • Skills: Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly, evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately, and work well in stressful high-pressure situations.
