Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Counselor to join our team in Chattanooga, TN. As a Counselor, you will play a vital role in providing individual and group therapy sessions, conducting assessments, and developing treatment plans that promote recovery and wellness. Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial assessments and ongoing patient care to identify treatment needs and develop effective plans.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions, using evidence-based practices to promote recovery and wellness.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and address complex patient needs.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a human services setting, with a strong background in counseling or therapy.
  • License: LADAC II, LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LPC-MHSP, or LPC-MHSP Temp.
