Department Overview

As part of the Customer Experience Operations (CXO) team, our Field Operations group serves as the primary point of contact for customers, focusing on resolving inquiries, preventing future issues, and promoting our services. We prioritize listening, connecting, and caring for our customers through voice and chat interactions.

This position is integral to our on-site team located at our advanced facility.

Key Responsibilities

In the role of Customer Experience Representative, you will act as a knowledgeable resource for billing, programming, and technical support inquiries. You will promote our products and services to both new and existing customers, ensuring they derive maximum value from their DISH experience. Your responsibilities will include addressing customer concerns, ranging from straightforward questions to more complex issues.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring a minimum of two consecutive days off each week.
  • Providing customer support from 6 AM to 10 PM MT.
    • Working either 8-hour shifts over five days or 10-hour shifts over four days.
  • Maintaining open availability, including weekends and holidays, with potential schedule adjustments every 12-15 weeks based on business needs.
  • Handling consecutive customer service or technical support calls throughout your shift.
  • Engaging with a diverse customer base to deliver effective solutions for their needs and technical challenges.

Qualifications

Successful candidates typically possess:

  • A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
  • At least six months of relevant customer service and troubleshooting experience.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques.

All candidates must demonstrate:

  • The ability to remain focused and engaged on calls throughout the shift.
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality.
  • Open availability to work between 6 AM and 10 PM MT, including weekends and holidays.
  • Flexibility to accommodate schedule changes every 12-15 weeks.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple applications and providing exceptional customer service over the phone.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office and/or G-suite applications.
  • Adaptability to meet changing business requirements.
