Position Responsibilities:
The Power Systems Maintenance Specialist will be tasked with the inspection, upkeep, and repair of motive power equipment. Essential duties include executing routine maintenance, diagnosing issues, and performing repairs at client locations. The specialist must prioritize client satisfaction, ensure all documentation is completed accurately, and comply with safety regulations.
Essential Qualifications:
- High School diploma is mandatory; Associate Degree is preferred
- Successful completion of background checks and drug screenings is required
- Fundamental understanding of AC and DC electrical principles
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively
- Experience in a material handling setting is advantageous

Physical Demands:
The individual must be capable of wearing personal protective equipment (PPE), handling tools, utilizing hands, walking, and lifting weights up to 100 pounds. Specific visual abilities are necessary for this position. Safety awareness is critical due to the nature of the work environment.
