Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Hotel Receptionist to join our team at Palihouse West Hollywood. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

The Hotel Receptionist will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests, handling check-in and check-out processes, managing room assignments, and responding to guest inquiries. They will also be required to maintain a high level of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail while working with hotel software systems and managing cash transactions.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Hotel Receptionist will be expected to work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences, resolve issues promptly, and provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent interpersonal and analytical skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong knowledge of basic arithmetic and computer skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
