Job Summary

The Epic Community Connect Program Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing large projects across the Information Management & Technology Department.

This individual will be responsible for extending our Epic instance through the Epic Connect program, requiring undivided attention to project planning, execution, and relationship management with internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project management, programming, analysis, design, testing, documentation, and project stakeholder communication.
  • Assess, prioritize, and assign new tasks for assigned projects in accordance with IMT strategic plan, regulatory requirements, patient care/safety, and financial initiatives.
  • Provide task schedule and level of effort estimates; document assumptions.
  • Assist in the analysis and formulation of system requirements, including new applications and change requests, and communicating those requests to Information Management and Technology and/or vendors.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 5-7 years relevant information systems experience (Healthcare Environment preferred) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Prior project management experience in healthcare information systems, specifically Epic and/or Epic Connect preferred.
Work Environment

Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
