We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to oversee the operations of our Enhanced Young Adult Housing program. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing program staff, coordinating services, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the provision of services to program participants, ensuring that services are implemented according to agency standards.
- Supervise assigned staff, providing training and guidance as needed.
- Oversee program finances, including budgeting and Medicaid billing.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as required.
Requirements:
- An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a human service field, plus clinical experience working with adults or children with mental health diagnoses.
- Supervisory experience is strongly desired, and experience in mental health housing services is preferred.
