As a Data Modeler at Diamondpick, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data models that support efficient data storage and retrieval. You will work closely with business users to gather and analyze requirements, and create models that represent various levels of detail.
Key responsibilities include:
- Harmonizing data from multiple databases by cleaning data to eliminate incomplete, incorrect and inconsistent entries.
- Constructing, testing, and implementing portions of information management solutions through application of appropriate software development life cycle methodology.
- Participating in standard business and technical information technology solution implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and conversions.
- Using appropriate tools to analyze, identify, and resolve business and/or technical problems.
You will also be responsible for identifying and defining processes and data, integrating it into an enterprise perspective, and supporting project lifecycle from scoping/planning to deployment of information management system.
Additionally, you will engage in process design and implementation of information management systems, involving master data, metadata, data architecture, data governance, and data quality.
As a Data Modeler, you will set direction for data governance, define criteria for selecting the organizational structure of information management, and provide broad understanding of platforms and applications across all technologies.
