Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing customer relationships, following up with customers, and using a customer-focused approach to educate customers about insurance options.

Responsibilities
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • As an Agent Team Member, you will receive competitive compensation, including hourly pay plus commission/bonus, health benefits, paid time off, and flexible hours.
Requirements
  • Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
  • People-oriented.
