Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our guests, preparing and serving cocktails, beer, and wine, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Cocktail Preparation: Prepare and serve classic and creative cocktails, beer, and wine to guests.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory of bar supplies and stock, ensuring that the bar area is properly stocked for the next shift.
  • Food and Beverage Sales: Ensure accurate accountability of food and beverage sales to each guest.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with the service staff to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Possess a strong knowledge base of classic and creative cocktails, beer, and wine, as well as a general knowledge of Delaware Department of Health food safety standards.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience working as a bartender in a high-volume, upscale restaurant environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and listening skills, ability to multitask and take direction in high-pressure situations, and a positive attitude.
  • Certifications: Possess a Delaware Alcohol Server Training Card.
  • Language: Knowledge of a second language is a plus.
