Key Responsibilities

As an Audiovisual Event Specialist, you will:
  • Support daily operations of the audiovisual department, adhering to established protocols.
  • Be responsible for the setup, operation, and dismantling of audiovisual equipment.
  • Ensure optimal client service, operational efficiency, and profitability.

Essential Duties
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.

  • Execute timely and precise setup and dismantling of equipment for events.
  • Continuously enhance your audiovisual skills and knowledge.
  • Foster positive relationships with hotel accounts.
  • Maintain strong team dynamics and communication standards.

  • Demonstrate strong planning and organizational skills.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • At least one year of experience in the audiovisual industry.
  • Advanced knowledge of audiovisual setups and breakdowns.
  • Experience in customer service or hospitality is essential.
  • Preferred certification in audiovisual technology or related fields.
  • Familiarity with audio equipment, including microphones, speakers, and sound systems.
  • Knowledge of video equipment, such as projectors and monitors.
  • Experience with lighting equipment, including stage lighting and basic kits.
  • Proficiency in PC and Mac software.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work long hours on your feet and lift up to 75 pounds.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules.
  • Authorization to work in the United States is required.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are necessary for operating company vehicles.
