Medical Sales Representative

Compensation: $3,000 base monthly salary plus 7% commission on collected sales.

SGF Global is seeking a Field Sales Executive to join our team and represent our client, a leading provider of CPAP supplies dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with sleep apnea. Our client offers an extensive range of high-quality products aimed at enhancing sleep health and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, including DME and HME providers.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate CPAP products from the extensive catalog.
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company.
  • Expand the reach to larger online/physical retailers and other key market segments (hospitals, sleep clinics, pharmacies, etc.).
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, products, and competitors.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and trade shows as required.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to management.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role.
  • Strong knowledge of CPAP products and the sleep apnea market is preferred.
  • Experience working with DME/HME providers and large online retailers is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • A self-motivated and results-driven attitude.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business or a related field is a plus.
