Job Title: Purchasing and Inventory Manager

As a key member of our inventory management team at Night Out Sales LLC, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the purchasing and inventory processes to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Purchasing and creating new listings to replenish sold inventory throughout the day.
  • Adjusting prices for existing inventory to optimize sales.
  • Researching and listing new event opportunities to drive company growth.
  • Auditing receipts to align with current inventory levels and identify discrepancies.
  • Responding to customer inquiries via email or phone to provide excellent customer service.
  • Fulfilling orders as required to meet customer demands.
  • Participating in daily meetings with colleagues to discuss project updates and research.
  • Occasionally handling the receipt or mailing of physical tickets (supplies reimbursement provided).
  • Assisting with other administrative and audit tasks as needed to support the team.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a buying, administrative, or auditing role within an e-commerce company.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent analytical and research skills to identify new business opportunities that support company growth.
  • Full proficiency in spoken and written English to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) to analyze data and create reports.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • General knowledge of major sports teams (NFL, MLB, NBA) and geography is a plus.
  • Experience with Amazon, eBay, or other listing platforms is advantageous.
  • Ability to work efficiently on your own and meet deadlines.
  • Reliable internet connection, quality microphone, and webcam are essential for daily meetings.
