Electrical Foreman 2 Position

Job Summary:
As an Electrical Foreman 2 at M.C. Dean, Inc., you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and scheduling crews to complete assigned work orders. This includes assigning tasks, ensuring high-quality work, and performing quality inspections. You will also monitor task completion, compliance, and prevent safety issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure daily productivity benchmarks are met by your crew.
Plan productivity for assigned scope of work.
Organize materials by specific areas or floors, keeping track of inventories.
Identify required tools and equipment for each crew, including gang box assignments and tool inspections.
Provide information packages for each crew activity, including contract drawings, shop drawings, and panel schedules.
Control breaks and submit daily hour/unit reports for your crew.
Conduct quality control inspections of completed work, following established QC plans and checklists.
Maintain accurate as-built drawings, updating them at least once a week.
Inventory tools and equipment daily, ensuring accountability and security.
Report lost, stolen, or damaged tools.
Review and sign AHA's related to your scope of work, storing them at the gang box.
Submit daily equipment inspection sheets for assigned equipment.
Report accidents and incidents, following established procedures.
Clean up work areas, leaving them in a broom-swept condition at the end of the day.
Requirements:
8-9 years of experience in the electrical industry, with a High School diploma or GED.
Journeyman or Master Electrician license is required.
Ability to lift at least 100 pounds, relocate a 12-foot stepladder, and work at heights up to 60 feet.
Good vision, ability to see in color, and communicate in English.
Ability to apply general rules to specific problems and recognize potential issues.
