Job Overview

  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally and courteously.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Previous supervisory experience in a high-volume restaurant is strongly preferred.
  • Passion for Guest Service: A strong desire to ensure every guest has an exceptional experience.
  • Work Ethic: Dedication, reliability, and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
  • Availability: Open availability is preferred, with the ability to work weekends.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to handle and resolve issues efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
