    • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support strategic decision-making
    • Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to drive management actions and strategic initiatives
  • Budgeting and Financial Reporting
    • Design, develop, and maintain financial reporting packages to inform and provide insight into the financial health of the University and its units
    • Develop and implement budgeting processes and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Modeling and Analytics
    • Conceptualize, scope, and develop analysis/model designs to efficiently and effectively answer questions
    • Evaluate and validate models and interpret model results to inform decision-making
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
    • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in financial planning and analysis
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, analytics, accounting, or related field
  • 5 years of relevant work experience, including 3 years of financial analysis, budgeting, or modeling experience
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Power Query, and other data transformational tools and techniques
  • Experience with large enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, such as Oracle or Workday
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in business, finance, analytics, accounting, or related field
  • Experience with Responsibility Center Management (RCM) budget model environment
  • Experience with cloud-based budget, financial planning, and analysis software, such as Oracle or Workday
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Power Query, and other data transformational tools and techniques
