Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Membership Sales Specialist with a passion for fitness and a proven track record in sales. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for engaging and building relationships with current and prospective members, achieving sales targets for memberships, retail, and nutrition products, and contributing to the growth and success of Burn Boot Camp Appleton West.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage and build relationships with current and prospective members.
  • Achieve sales targets for memberships, retail, and nutrition products.
  • Conduct facility tours and identify individual member needs.
  • Present membership options and confidently ask for the sale.
  • Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate records.
  • Contribute content for social media and assist with light cleaning.

Requirements:

  • Strong interest in wellness and fitness.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Previous sales experience in fitness, retail sales, business development, or similar environments.
