Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily and monthly financial statements and clarify variances against plans, prior years, and forecasts. Ensure data consistency and presentation alignment with other reports. Provide insightful reporting and analytics to management.


- Collaborate closely with supervisory roles to maintain the accuracy of departmental financials during monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.


- Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: bank reconciliations, rebate processing, account analysis, journal entries, and reconciliations, along with cross-departmental training.

- Work in conjunction with all organizational departments.

- Assist the VP of Finance with forecasting and budgeting as needed.

- Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.

Required Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience or progress towards an accounting degree.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

Preferred Experience:
- At least 5 years of accounting experience, particularly in accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll within the foodservice sector.
