About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Key Carrier Department Supervisor to join our team at TJ Maxx. As a Key Carrier, you will play a critical role in maintaining the overall success of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team members are empowered to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure that team members are equipped to succeed.
  • Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring that all tasks and activities are completed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted, and that merchandise is properly displayed and maintained.
  • Loss Prevention: Identify and address potential loss prevention issues, working closely with the Loss Prevention team to implement effective solutions.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to team members, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: 6 months of leadership experience in a retail environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, customers, and management.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze situations and develop effective solutions.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities, with a flexible and positive attitude.
  • Teamwork: Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with others to achieve common goals.
