- Manage and oversee catered events.
- Coordinate banquet service staff and delegate specific duties.
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.
- Train personnel to identify inappropriate guest behavior.
- Inspect the cleanliness of the venue, including restrooms, before events.
- Prepare the venue for guest arrival, ensuring dining areas, bars, food, and beverages are ready.
- Engage with hosts to accommodate special requests or last-minute changes.
- Monitor staff and guest activities, addressing any inquiries, complaints, or feedback.
- Supervise the cleanup, inventory management, and storage of supplies and equipment.
