Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to ensure all guests have a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
  • Oversee the activities of all night shift personnel to guarantee adherence to hotel protocols.
  • Address any guest inquiries or issues that may arise during the night shift.
  • Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of all hotel areas.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and security measures.
  • Monitor the hotel’s alarm systems and respond promptly to any alerts.
  • Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms to verify their condition.
  • Manage the inventory of keys and ensure proper tracking.
  • Compile a detailed report at the conclusion of each shift, documenting any incidents or noteworthy occurrences.
  • Collaborate with the day shift manager to facilitate a seamless transition of responsibilities.
  • Execute any additional tasks as directed by hotel management.

Qualifications:
