This role is crucial in ensuring that the hotel is prepared for the next day, which includes maintaining inventory, ensuring equipment functionality, and supervising staff performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to ensure all guests have a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
- Oversee the activities of all night shift personnel to guarantee adherence to hotel protocols.
- Address any guest inquiries or issues that may arise during the night shift.
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of all hotel areas.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security measures.
- Monitor the hotel’s alarm systems and respond promptly to any alerts.
- Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms to verify their condition.
- Manage the inventory of keys and ensure proper tracking.
- Compile a detailed report at the conclusion of each shift, documenting any incidents or noteworthy occurrences.
- Collaborate with the day shift manager to facilitate a seamless transition of responsibilities.
- Execute any additional tasks as directed by hotel management.
Qualifications:
