About the Role:
As an Occupational Therapist with Northshore, you will be responsible for providing direct occupational therapy services to patients. This role requires a high level of clinical skill, evidenced by comprehensive and insightful evaluations, and the development of individualized and effective treatment plans designed to achieve precise, functional goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate patients in areas such as upper extremity function, activities of daily living, generalized physical functioning, psychosocial skills, and cognition/perception to develop and implement treatment plans and goals.
• Utilize excellent communication skills to educate patients and engage them in their own care.
• Stay updated on developments, new techniques, and equipment in the field of occupational therapy, maintaining a well-rounded knowledge base and clinical reasoning skills to consistently achieve expected clinical outcomes.
