Job DescriptionJob Title: Construction Laborer

Become a part of our specialized cabinetry workshop, where we focus on crafting complete cabinet solutions for kitchens, bathrooms, and bespoke woodworking for both commercial and residential clients. As a Construction Laborer in our pre-finish section, your responsibilities will include applying stains and topcoats to various wooden products, performing sanding, painting, and applying putty. You will also conduct visual inspections, manage the loading and unloading of products, and engage in the manual application of stains and paints using low-odor, water-based materials.

In addition to these tasks, you may be involved in assembling cabinets, doors, and frames, as well as assisting with warehouse operations, including stock management and general housekeeping duties. There may also be opportunities to accompany deliveries and operate power equipment such as table saws, shapers, routers, and profilers.
