Job Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with the Warehouse Manager to meet daily shipping targets and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Develop and implement efficient operational processes, including receiving, handling, storing, picking, and packing activities.
  • Manage international and domestic shipments, ensuring timely delivery and adhering to quality control measures.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve smooth operations, effective communication, and problem-solving.
  • Lead by example, promoting a positive work environment and fostering employee growth and development.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a warehouse leadership role.
  • Strong business acumen, administrative skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Excellent communication, team building, and motivational skills.
  • Ability to analyze problems, prioritize tasks, and make informed decisions.
