About the Role

University Orthopedics is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Cranston, RI facility. As a Physical Therapist with management experience, you will be responsible for managing a clinical case load while leading and supervising personnel within the physical therapy department.

About You
  • You hold a graduate degree from an accredited physical therapy program and are licensed or eligible for licensure as a physical therapist in Rhode Island.
  • You have previous experience in outpatient orthopedics or musculoskeletal rehabilitation, preferably in a leadership role.
  • You possess excellent decision-making, delegating, communication, and writing skills.
  • You can maintain confidentiality, communicate clearly and concisely, and demonstrate strong management skills.
Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients with musculoskeletal dysfunction and design appropriate treatment interventions.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the clinic, including staff supervision, performance evaluation, and development of performance goals.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide timely billing information for services provided.
  • Identify operational problems and implement solutions to ensure compliance with regulations and high-quality patient care.
  • Participate in professional development activities to stay current with healthcare trends and best practices.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
