Job Description:

Cable One is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advertising Sales Manager to lead our Advertising Sales team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the advertising industry
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
